Payment
All supplies are sold on a first pay basis. We accept Paypal
(you don't have to have an account to pay by credit card) as well as money orders
and personal checks. Checks will take 7-10 days to clear with the bank.
All residents of Nevada will be charged 7.725% sales tax.
Supply Shipments (domestic)
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order to your location.
Feel free to add items to the shopping cart to calculate a free shipping quote.
All shipping quotes are live rates for the desired shipping carrier. All
supplies in stock will be sent USPS or UPS 1 to 2 business days after your
order was placed. I cannot be responsible for any delivery delays or other
carrier issues. If the customer fails to provide a valid shipping address with
the first attempt being returned to me additional shipping charges will apply
for the second shipment. So make sure your address is current. After being
shipped all shipping costs are not refundable. Prices subject to change without
notice.
In a continuing effort to save my customer’s money the “best way” shipping option is for USPS priority flat rate shipping boxes. There is a weight limit of 12 pounds for this option but if your order is heavy and will fit in these boxes you’ll be reimbursed the remaining amount from the option you choose...
Example – if you order (3) 10 lb Zoo Med Repti Sand shipping will be calculated based on your location for a 30 pound package. However these 3 bags will fit in a USPS priority flat rate box for $9.85. To save you money your order will be sent using this option and you’ll be reimbursed for the remaining amount.
All orders have NO minimums, package or handling charges!
Supply Shipments (International)
International orders are welcome for supplies only. My shopping cart will calculate
shipping charges for most all countries internationally. You may also email
me to order as USPS priority flat rate boxes may be used. Orders are sent within
three (3) days of ordering. Shipments are sent via USPS although
UPS is available with additional costs. After being shipped all shipping costs
are not refundable.
Reward points
Reward points are available for online supply orders only. Earn 3% back on every valid online purchase. Points can only be used on future orders and can not be redeemed for cash. I reserve the right to change or end the reward points without notice. Items on sale are exempt from the reward points program. If a product does not qualify for reward points it will be marked as such.
