Payment
All geckos, supplies etc. are sold on a first pay basis. We accept Paypal (you don't have to have an account to pay by credit card) as well as money orders and personal checks. Checks will take 7-10 days to clear with the bank. The animal will be held for 4 days and if the money order/check has not been received in the allotted time the animal will go back up for sale. All animals will be paid in full before shipping. My paypal email is cody@progeckos.com. I reserve the right to not sell animals to individuals if I feel they are unfit.

All residents of Nevada will be charged 7.375% sales tax.

Holding Policy
Animals will be held for 4 days pending payment. To hold up to 14 days a 25% deposit is required. If the animal(s) has not been paid for in full within 14 days your deposit will be forfeited and the animal will go back up for sale. All deposits are nonrefundable. I can ONLY hold the animal(s) for the 14 days and no longer unless other arrangements are made. I will hold animals indefinitely if weather does not permit shipping.

Ordering animals
Browse animals for sale on my available page. Please contact me with the ID# of the animal(s) you’re interested in to check availability. We’ll arrange a form of payment and after payment is received we’ll schedule a shipping day. For paypal payments use the paypal “click here to pay” button on my available page. For money orders and checks I’ll send you my address.

Live Shipments
Sorry but at this time we are not able to ship out of the continental US. We hope to be shipping world wide in the future.

Shipping is a flat rate of $50 ( typically up to 6 geckos) to most locations for UPS Next Day Air to your door within the lower 48 states. Orders over $1000 in live animals are eligible for free shipping. This offer is only for live animals and excludes supplies. After being shipped all shipping costs are not refundable.

All animals are guaranteed to be live, healthy and properly sexed upon arrival as long as someone is home to receive the package. I will not ship if no one is there to receive the package but for some reason if no one is there live arrival is void. Live arrival may also be void if the package sits all day unopened or incorrect delivery information is given. We can arrange shipment to a neighbor or friend as long as someone is there to receive the package. Boxes can also be sent to your nearest UPS Customer Service Center and held for pickup. In times of extreme temperatures this may be the only way to safety send them unless shipping is delayed. The customer will be responsible to pickup the package in a timely manner or live arrival is void.

We do not guarantee the proper sex of an animal if they are listed as unsexed. If there are any problems contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. All animals have a 24 hour health guarantee. They are no longer in my care and I can’t guarantee them beyond this period.

Animals will be shipped in a Styrofoam box with heat or cold packs when needed. Live arrival is guaranteed only with daytime temperature of 40-95 degrees. I have the discretion to postpone shipping if I feel weather conditions are inclement. Animals are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. I cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues. After your order has been delivered I would greatly appreciate if you would email me so I know how the animal(s) arrived. If I don't hear from you I'll assume everything is great and I'll consider the transaction complete.

Supply Shipments (domestic)
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.85 regardless of what you order. Heavy bulk items may have additional shipping. All supplies in stock will be sent USPS or UPS 1 to 2 business days after your order was placed. I cannot be responsible for any delivery delays or other carrier issues. If the customer fails to provide a valid shipping address with the first attempt being returned to me additional shipping charges will apply for the second shipment. So make sure your address is current. After being shipped all shipping costs are not refundable. Prices subject to change without notice.

Supply Shipments (International)
International orders are welcome for supplies only. Please email to order as shipping rates vary greatly depending on your country. Orders are sent within three (3) days of ordering. Shipments are generally sent via UPS or USPS. After being shipped all shipping costs are not refundable.
